OST - Survival Style 5+
(Survive Style 5+ on IMDB)
From Wikipedia:
Survive Style 5+ is a 2004 Japanese film directed by Gen Sekiguchi. It stars Tadanobu Asano, Kyōko Koizumi, Reika Hashimoto, Jai West, Sonny Chiba and Vinnie Jones.
The film follows five simultaneous, loosely linked plot lines, that intertwine and scramble together. A wild haired man (Tadanobu Asano) keeps killing his wife (Reika Hashimoto) and burying her in the woods only to find her alive, furious, and waiting for him when he returns home. A suburban family's life is disrupted when the father (Ittoku Kishibe) is permanently hypnotized into believing he is a bird and tries to learn how to fly. A trio of aimless youth pass time by burglarizing houses. A murderous advertising executive (Kyōko Koizumi) tries to imagine ideas for commercials. The stories clash together through the intervention of a thuggish hitman (Vinnie Jones) and his translator (YosiYosi Arakawa).
Very good soundtrack for a visually stunning film I watched online a couple nights ago.One of the well-known goodies on here would be Cake's cover of "I Will Survive".
Other Tracks Worth A Listen - "Someday Somewhere Someboby" - James Shimoji ; "Angel Air" - James Shimoji ; "Go! Go! Go!" - Rob Laufer

Coaltar Of The Deepers
Here's a band that has grown on me overtime (and yes it's another one from Japan).
COLATAR OF THE DEEPERS (Tokyo,JPN) have been going at it since 1991.While mostly sticking true to their alternative shoegaze sound on their albums, they've also dabbled in other sounds from death metal to techno.Out of all the releases they've had,I decided to pick a greatest hits compilation one...just for a little taste of them.

Also, here's a live version of one of their songs.
Recommended Songs: "The Lightbed","Clee (Cat EP 1)","Sinking Slowly"
