I return with a couple new presents.Remember when you played the SEGA GENESIS (first game console I had in my possession when I was younger.),and some of those games had bad ass music you thought was coming straight from the future.Well remember no further,I present you a couple golden soundtracks.
The first on is from STREETS OF RAGE 3 (click on images to download)
..and below me is the epic of them all...THUNDER FORCE 4 (Re-upping the album on my own was a bitch,so I saved the link where I got it from.Click on the image to go there)
Here's a band that has grown on me overtime (and yes it's another one from Japan).
COLATAR OF THE DEEPERS (Tokyo,JPN) have been going at it since 1991.While mostly sticking true to their alternative shoegaze sound on their albums, they've also dabbled in other sounds from death metal to techno.Out of all the releases they've had,I decided to pick a greatest hits compilation one...just for a little taste of them.
KPLECRAFT from Japan is a Game Boy and NES music unit featuring improvisations by acoustic instruments with sound effectors.
Pretty much two guys with a NES and some game boy units...one of them has bongos..the other a saxophone...you can catch a couple of their albums listed below...
Preferred Songs - "Water Window" , "A Room A Canvas" (myspace)
Speaking of anything video-game related,I also went to the local Jet City Retro event at Hotel DECA in the heart of the U-District.Brought back lot of memories when I used to skim through EGM magazines back in the day.Out of all the games there,I bought Legend Of Legaia for the PS1 for $25.I also hung about the freeplay booth for quite sometime.Out of the games I played are (if I can remember them all).....
Bomberman Saturn (SEGA SATURN) Final Fantasy II (NES) Star Fox (SNES) Star Wars - Super Empire Strikes Back (SNES) Stars Wars - Shadow Of The Empire (N64) Final Fight (SNES & Arcade) Battletoads & Double Dragon (SNES) River City Ransom (NES) Sin & Punishment (N64 Game on Wii)
...and for the first time....I got some good experience on Rock Band...but I'll never be the expert Rock Band drum guy...I'll stick to the real guns.
Till then, enjoy this and go to the list below of the other album uploads I've put on this site.
I've always been fond of doing such minimalist sounds via your computer. My attempts of doing something like this have been different, since I'm a "n00b" at working fruity loops the last time i had it.This is one of those artists that do a good job in this genre of bedroom/computer music/etc...
Go to the myspace link below and download the songs.

The first one comes from the band Hartfield(Shoegaze/Dreampop from Japan) with their amazing album,True Color,True Lie.....
The fuzzy guitars remind me of My Bloody Valentine on their songs, which is awesome.
also here's one of their videos from a song they did on their first EP via YouTube called Today Forever...

And the 2nd upload is from London ambient/post rock band m3m3 with their album Beata 133t.1...
their sound's very reminiscent of bands like Godspeed You Black Emperor and Mogwai....but they have that ambient feel in a couple of their songs....alongside a hint of such oddball stuff like Battles.
Songs Recommended:"Commuting To A Same Place","Si Se Puede" (MySpace) (Lastfm)
Bedtime?...I think so....waiting for the uploads does that to you.
